Just for giggles, I went to Discount tire to see what they had to say about it.
Wow, the tire company that will sell you anything for a deal, says no too.

I got lucky the last time I bought a car 10 years ago... had to walk away from the first dealer this time around.
I offered MSRP $32,690 OTD for a base model Red '24 still on the lot. I went upto $33K They wouldn't come below $34K... $1000 for Nitrogen in the tires... $1600 for a wax job every 6 months??? They were not serious.
2nd dealer I offered MSRP $32,315 OTD, they came back with $32,641. I probably could have got them down a bit more, but I plan to keep the car a long time, so it wasn't worth the hassle. Deal done.
