These two buttons on my non-turbo PP are cosmetic only. I’m curious if a more loaded trim has these buttons functional for something?

This question was asked about two weeks late.
You obviously didn’t get the “driver caffination package” which includes the heated and cooled cup holders. On mine, that’s the button for an espresso.
