What’s everyone using for a sunshade? I have one from the previous car that doesn’t fit too well. Looking for a better option.

I just purchased one of the hard foldable ones from Amazon. Had one very similar for my CX9 that we liked.

Weathertech. DO NOT buy the OEM. It marks up the soft-touch dash material.

I agree with the WeatherTech suggestion. Absolutely do not get the OEM sunshade. It will scuff your dash and is ridiculously difficult to put in.

I use a hard foldable one from my old Legacy -- fits great, if not perfectly (and I have a huge Subaru logo in my CX-50 windshield). I also tried a rollable foil one from Amazon, but it's too much trouble to fold and it lets too much heat through (not insulated enough).

Sorry a little late to this post.
For years I have used Heatshield out of CA. Very good company. I see they have shades for all windows of the 50.

I ordered mine last week and it should be here today
For starters, you might want to consider a custom-fit sunshade for your current ride. That way, you won't have to worry about it sliding around or not covering enough area.
If you're looking for something a bit more stylish or convenient, you might want to check out some pop-up sunshades. They're compact, easy to store, and come in all sorts of fun designs.
If you're a parent, you might also want to consider window shades for baby, which have a UV-protective layer to keep your little one safe from harmful rays. Plus, some models come with fun designs or graphics that your kiddo will love.
I previously had the compact spring “foldable” one with a reflective side to it in my last vehicle, but felt it let a lot of heat through. This time I got the insulated reflective roll up and like it so far. It fits perfectly and has a soft surround that is easy on the dash. After reading others experience with the OEM one I went with this one.

OEM marked my dashboard and scratched the sun visor on driver side. I tried to return it after month of use to the dealer but they won’t let me because it’s used already.

Mine makes a good under-the-car back mat!
I can confirm the OEM sunscreen is too big…. I didn’t like the other options posted so I decided to try it and it was a mistake.
I am ordering one from Covercraft and I’ve never had a bad product from them.
FYI, Covercraft has a custom sunshade for the CX-50 finally. https://www.covercraft.com/us/en/sunscreens
I just saw this today. It was the ONLY reason I tried the OEM one. Sooo happy covercraft has one now. They didn’t last week.
