Hi all,
yes I know there is no functionality in the App to control the heated wheel and seats. However, I do have them linked in the settings to turn on via the climate control set to Auto.
I have done over a dozen tests (live in Canada, received vehicle in October 2022) in varying temperatures outside and 100% the steering wheel is ALWAYS ice cold and the seats are ice cold, even after a solid 14 minutes of the vehicle running via the remote start and climate control set to Auto. When I run outside and start the vehicle manually and then come back 10 minutes later, all is good and toasty. I have all firmware updates that were provided by another member here on the forum and I was hoping something would work but there have been no improvements. Anyone else experience this? I can just image that the dealer will say 'it's working fine' if I take it in. I am puzzled as to why it doesn't work.

I have the same issue. In Canada as well. It should be designed so that whatever setting you had on when you left the car, should turn on with the remote. Also- it doesn't seem I can get the rear widow defogger to come on either.

Same issue. No matter how cold it is (I’ve tried in 28 - 55 degrees) remote start never turns on my heater or heated seats. Car is always cold and takes a long time to heat up when driving.

I start the car and leave the heater on, I get to the car 5-10mins later and the car is warm. 2mins into the drive my seat and where are burning. Take yours in it’s under warranty.
