Is anybody having issues using the MyMazda app? I can start and lock the car using the MyMazda app BUT the "Vehicle Status" is not refreshing which shows the doors unlocked. I have physically checked the doors and they are locked. I have pulled down on the phone screen many times to update but the app does not refresh.

I have a call into the dealership but if anybody has experienced this sure would like to understand how to resolve the issue.

Same issue. The Remote works fine but the status is never accurate. Manual refresh does nothing.
Your post came through as I was speaking to a Mazda rep.
They could not fix the issue over the phone. The Mazda rep is escalating to a supervisor.
I will post the fix but the remedy is most likely going to be Mazda deleting my current profile and starting fresh.
You should call Mazda at 800-222-5500 and choose option 6.

I started the car this afternoon and that updated the MyMazda app. I was able to lock and unlock the doors using the app and the INBOX under the heading "Activity History" locking and unlocking were recorded. When I was on the phone this morning the Mazda Rep shared the status is only going to reflect when the car was last on and then turned off. If this is the case, what is the point of "refreshing" the app? In short, I think the app is working the way it was intended to operate. Again, why refresh if no update on the status of a door locked, unlocked, or even opened is not going to be up dated in the MyMazda app.

I will provide an update once Mazda responds.

No update on App. Mazda never got back to me.
Why did Mazda design an app that has an option to refresh but does not refresh that page? I don't understand.

Coloradomazda:
Vehicle status is going to be the data from when the car is shut off and will not change until started and shut off again.
The Inbox under active history will show the activity when the car is off. Such as remote start, unlock, lock.....even then I don't always get an update.

Oh yes, make sure you guys have at least the correct Firmware for Mazda Connect.
Some were Dealer shipped with outdate or wrong version out of factory.

NA05_11014 is the minimal version.

See .Pdf below this will tell you how to find what is in car now..
If you have version 11003 (example) then you should update as it could fix MyMazda App issue.
If your installed version is above 11014 (like 11028) from MTM factory then you are all OK.
