Picked up my CX-50 Premium Plus from Mazda of Everett last week. Upgraded from a 2021 CX-30 which I really liked, but just had less room than I wanted. (Frustrating to move from a Mazda 6 to an "SUV" and not be able to carry as much luggage to the airport!) The trade values are so high right now on used cars that I more or less just paid the difference between the purchase price of my CX-30 12,500 miles ago and the MSRP on the CX-50.

Love the styling and handling and of course the roominess. Handles much more like a car than the CX-5 I test drove did. I can see why people like the turbo -- it's a heavier car with the same engine as the CX-30 I traded, so you have to rev a bit higher to get going. But the power's enough for my driving style. (Spent most of college driving my mom's Chevette, which she gave me when my Mustang died. After all those years of driving a 3-speed with 80 HP, 186 HP feels like a Tesla. :) )

😍😍 Looks lovely! I to myself will be upgrading from the cx-30 mainly due to the lack of cargo space, however I'm trying to hold out for the Turbo Premium Plus. I'm torn between Machine Gray and Poly Metal. Odd question but if you were to get into the CX-30 and the CX 50 with your eyes closed and drive but safely of course.. What other things do you like the CX 50 over the CX 30 on or dislike?
