All over the place... there are many different types to choose from: leather/plastic/rubber... Search on AliExpress (cheapest), eBay or Amazon. Note CX-50 fobs are the same as used by any modern Mazda, so don't restrict your search to just CX-50's.

I gotta say it’s definitely a premium feel, also real leather. Pretty happy with it. And I think the stitching matcheses the terracotta stitching in the car.

Yeah, I have the tan one, though I got it for half that price from AliExpress. I've had it for 18 months and it's held up fine. The only issue is that the side is impressed with the button icons, but they are very difficult to see. So I 'painted'/outlined the Unlock icon with a silver Sharpie pen, so I could differentiate it.
