Sounds like a deal to me. I bought a 7 year 120k (100$ deductible) EasyCare total care warranty. Not that I expect to need it, but piece of mind is certainly worth it. Just make sure it is cancelable, transferable, and pays up front without any major hassles. Oh, and Easycare is valid at any ASE licensed Mechanic nationwide.

I did. I could not find any information on Mazda OEM warranties, only third party warranties. That is why I asked on the forum. If you see information specifically on the OEM warranties, please post a link. I have found this for other manufacturers, with no issues. However with Mazda.
Well as for most ‘extended’ warranties on vehicles they don’t usually come from the manufacturers.
A phone call to your local dealers ‘finance’ department will guide you to their providers.
The topic of extended warranties (basically insurance) is a long debated item on vehicle forums.
I do know that some are available ‘after’ your purchase right up to the point of the manufacturers warranty expiry. Prior to that happening you can then decide if the vehicle is worth keeping and buying the extended warranty.
So if you know now that you intend to keep the vehicle well beyond its initial warranty, earn some interest on that money and wait and buy the warranty when you are certain it’s the long term vehicle for you.

Good luck.

nteresting. I have purchased manufacturer warranties on Toyota snd Nissan. Narrowed down my search this time to Mazda and Subaru. Subaru also has manufacturer extended warranties. And a simple google will bring up the possible year/mile terms and pricing. Cannot find this for Mazda. Sure I can call the finance office but I would prefer to know the “truth” beforehand. I have read in threads on the forums that they will try to sell 3rd party warranties because they make more money. I’ve had a 3rd party warranty before and won’t do that again. It was an argument to get stuff fixed.

Mazda DO have "factory" Extended Confidence warranties. In fact, they only allow repairs at Mazda Dealerships, unlike other non-factory warranties that allow any repair shop.

For some detail, see: Mazda Extended Confidence Warranty Information | Southern Palms Mazda

For pricing, see: Mazda Extended Confidence Warranty | Extended Coverage (mazdausawarranty.com) - click "Get Started" at the bottom, then click on "More Options" to see the full list and the pricing (I added a screenshot of the top of the scroll, below). NOTE: some dealers may be willing to sell at reduced prices online.

Well you could always move to Canada where we get unlimited kilometres on our 3 and 5 year warranties,
from Mazda.😏

Was a big selling plus for going to the Mazda product line for us.

Depends on the country and coverage for extended actual Mazda warranty coverage.
As mentioned, ‘some’ 3rd party warranty providers can be a hassle.
