LOL- I never noticed until I read this post and now my brain can't stop seeing it. Dimmed the dash lights and it was better but still there. It seems to depend on your height because if I raise or lower the seat it disappears. But unfortunately with the driving position I like I do see the lights if I look for them. I'm hoping that my brain starts to ignore them again if I don't think about it. For me the lights are at the top of the windshield so not in my direct line of sight.
I have the same issue. Drives me nuts. Seems like a major oversight in human design.

Sorry man for bringing it up! I think it only applies to tall people however. Now I've got to figure out how to mitigate it, without it looking like crap! If you have any ideas, let me know.
Yep I see the reflections also and I’m tall. Crouch down a little and their gone. Let us know what you come up with…Thanks
Can’t say I have ever noticed a reflection of the gauges in the windshield, not even sure how it’s possible with the brow over the gauge cluster.
Maybe it’s your HUD? Lol.🤣
Looked this evening and it seems if the brow came aft a little more say 1/2” inch it would go away all together, again if your over 6’ you might see a little, personally doesn’t bother me.
I definitely notice, if the cover came out just a touch further as Pitts Pilot commented, would be resolved. I am 6'3" and see it, my 5'3" wife does not have the issue. Definitely based on height/seat position.
First night drive a couple of days ago. Yup, there are reflections from the dash on the windshield. You'd think there would be a DOT or Transport Canada regulation on that...?
Although non of these items would remotely have prevented me from buying the 50, since it drives and looks
great, my impression is that they didnt have tall drivers, 6ft plus, vet these small things including the a/c button light being hidden from view under knob.

Yeah, I'm a long way from wanting to return it lol. I'm just surprised that Mazda didn't catch this during the design phase.

Well they were designed in Japan.😏
