Hi everyone, we just ordered a cx50 GT Turbo and I just realized I forgot to measure the trunk whether it would fit a baby stroller. My fiance wanted the Tiguan knowing it would fit a folded stroller and placing the long side parallel to the car. But I finally convinced her to go with the Mazda and assured her it would fit a stroller.

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to measure the depth of the cargo space with the seat up. I can't find that I formation anywhere on google.

I would hate to find out it doesn't fit a baby stroller when we pick up the vehicle in few months.

About 42 inches at the center from the base of the rear seat backs to where the plastic ribbed trim piece starts at the rear edge of the cargo area. Due to the rear curved shape, it is more like 41 inches on the outer sides. And of course the depth will be less the higher up the cargo door, as that starts curving inward about 11-12 inches up.
