Having trouble turning on or off frameless rear view mirror auto dimming effects. Manual shows button site (right to Homelink buttons) to engage dimming but I don’t see it. Any advice??

Just checked mine, there is no on/off button. I have not seen a Homelink mirror with a power button in several years. I am curious, why do you want to turn it off? I have never found a time when I would not want the auto-dimming engaged. It does a good job of not being too dim at night even when there is no bright light source.

Thought so. I’m disappointed with the dim in early morning hrs. And need it off for clarity- I’ve adjusted with other cars. Oh well, I’ll adapt- thanks for response.
im in love with this car.
